DAY 3 - The Future of IDS Technology

Day 3 of MEET 2016 will showcase future developments of IDS’s electromagnetic technolgy. This will include the concept of a synergy between testing and simulation, a live demo our measurement facilities and a first look at the new Galileo software framework suite for EM prediction and modeling. It will also offer the chance to have private meetings with the IDS experts to provide feedback or to discuss particular problems, solutions or possible collaborations.

Required Documents

Remember to register and print the event badge and to keep it on you at all times.
Due to the nature of some of the activities at the premises of both the Istituto di Scienze Militari Aeronautiche and IDS, security is of great importance. As such you will need to ensure that you have either your Passport or your Italian Identity Card as well as your Event Badge on you at all times. This also includes anybody that is accompanying you.

Transport Florence-Pisa and Pisa-Florence

Coaches have been provided by IDS to transport everyone from and back to the suggested hotels in Florence. The morning pick-up is between 8.00-8.15.
The pick-up points are:
  • Via di Novoli, 59 Firenze near Starhotels Tuscany
  • Viale Guidoni, 101 Firenze near B&B Hotel FIRENZE Novoli
